How Calendar Sync Works

When you activate Phone Calendar Sync, Whizzly generates a unique, private calendar subscription link (iCal / Webcal feed).

You subscribe to this feed once on your iPhone (Apple Calendar), Android phone (Google Calendar), or computer (Microsoft Outlook). From that point on:

• Automatic Updates: When a client books an appointment on your storefront, the booking lands right on your calendar.
• Complete Client Context: Each calendar event includes the client's name, phone number, booked service, and any notes they provided at checkout.
• Direct WhatsApp Link: Tap the client's number right from your calendar event to confirm details or say hello.
• Buffer Times: Configurable clean-up and travel buffers (10, 15, or 30 minutes) ensure you're never rushed between clients.
